Some Advice Needed For Cracked Ball
« on: October 15, 2009, 01:09:50 PM »
Hey Stormers, I got a question.  My sister's Secret Agent has cracked.  It has cracked a little bit to the left side of the ring finger (drilled for a lefty).  So it looks something like this

---->o-o-
---------
------o--

The ">" sign is where it's cracking.

The ball was bought online through www.bowling.com.  What are our options as far as an exchange or return or anything we may be able to do?

Obviously, you aren''t a golfer.
Some stayed in the foothills, some washed logs like teeth.

I sent a Special Agent in that cracked, it cracked half way around the ball. Sent Storm an extra $20, and they sent me a NIB Virtual Gravity. If it's just a little crack like you said, you can just plug it. They likely won't replace a ball when it can be fixed.
