Title: Stormchasers...
Post by: themagician on December 13, 2008, 02:31:15 AM
Not completely sure if this is the right section but is www.stormchasers.net down for anyone else? I was going to order a shirt or two for Christmas and I cannot get to the site to order them.

Keeps putting me back on Storm's home web page.  Must be down.  I was on it the other day.  Why are their shirts w/the Gravity & Virtual so much highter ($60+) than some of the others ($40+)?  No polo shirt is worth $60 in my opinion.

Glad to see its just not my system. But wow, if the shirts cost that then I'm not nearly as interested as I was, that is a lot for a shirt.

My teammates we should wear the Storm black performance crew shirt (http://"http://www.stormbowling.com/products/apparel/img/stormshirts/performance-crew-black.jpg") in Vegas this year.  They're $50 each.  I wasn't too happy about the price.  However, I will say this:  it is a very nice shirt!  I wore it a few weeks ago in a tournament -- it breathes very well even in warmer temperatures, and it's amazingly comfortable.  Not to mention it looks pretty good.  That doesn't stop me from wishing it wasn't a little more affordable, however...

Hey that'd pretty nice.  I wonder if you can get your name embroidered on them or not because of whatever it's made of.

No doubt, they are nice shirts.  Sometimes the older ones get lowered to clear out.  I'm sure you could have names or whatever you want embroidered on them.

Magic you're right, the Stormchasers site kicks me right to Stormbowling.com. It must be down or something, but usually you will get an error message right? Hopefully they are redoing it because it's had the same look for as long as I can remember. I agree with most about the costs for the shirts, but I hear they are all about performance and have special fabrics that help when bowling.
