Any reason for different colors?

I noticed a few time on different balls diferent colors on the logo. My Dimension has a yellow cube, but I have seen them in red.  Also my Rapid Fire has an orange logo, yellow pin, but my buddies has yellow logo and red pin.  Just wondering.

sales rep told me it was just to see the lables rolling down the lane, the orange in the rapids and the red in the dimensions couldn't get picked up rolling down the lane so they made the change after a few were made.

I got my Dimensions from the PBA offering, actually before the release date, and the cubes are red, likely from the first run. All the others I've seen are yellow.
