Ok i wondering what would be a good drill pattern on a depth charge. I dont want the ball super flippy but a litte flippy. i probably want it to get medium lenght. I throw the ball about 15MPH with little higher than meduim revs. I dont know my axis point or my pap. if someone could help me that would be great. I want the ball to work good in meduim oil.

Depending on the volume of oil and the length..I drilled mine like this:
Put the pin under my ring finger and put the mass bias in my track.
Basically it was a 4 1/2" pin down with no hole. Medium lenth and medium backend. A little squirty in the oil so you can be a little more agressive with the pin. plus you can always scuff a bit to tailor the reaction you like.

Pin under ring finger and MB approx. 2 inches to the right of the grip line extended down thru the center of thumb hole line.

Similar to what Billy Ray told you except this will give you a harder breaking back end with the MB right of the thumb and not left. On the left side, you get sort of an arc. Also it will help your ball rev up better in the midlane. Some people may disagree with me here as they usually do, but this is how it works for me.

The only reason I put the MB in the track is to maintain axis rotation a bit longer. This core tends to rev up and flare too early for me and I wanted to get it through the heads a bit cleaner. If you have some revs you may want to put a little less into this ball because it does rev up early and flare alot.(too much if you ask me)

Billy Ray, I am a low rev bowler and oft times need help getting the pearlized balls to rev up enough before they get to the break point. What other drilling would you suggest for a low rev bowler?
