Storm/Roto Arsenal
« on: March 26, 2007, 08:57:27 AM »
Thinking of starting a Storm/Roto-Grip arsenal...wondering if this would ok. Feel free to make any recommendations...

Heavy: Epic Battle
Med-Heavy: Shift/Domination
Medium: T-Struck Solid
Medium-Dry: T-Road Pearl
Dry: Jolt Pearl/Neptune

I throw about 18-19 mph with high revs and like to play from about 30 to 7...any advice would be appreciated.

I would think Thunderstruck solid handles medium and slightly wetter.

Medium dry I like the idea of Thunderstruck pearl or T Road pearl.

Liked by many both of the above or all 3 above.

Odyssey
Shiny SD 73
Mystic
Horizon Pearl or Saga
Neptune.

Drill accordingly with surface preps that accomdate you best.

I thought the T-Struck may be for medium too, but then I saw what balls were more aggressive, lol. I like to throw fast, so I think a T-Struck drilled to go long would be just fine on medium/dry.

You need to fit the T-Road pearl in there somewhere or else you'll be missing out on one of the best balls ever IMHO

Epic Battle
SD-73
Mystic
T-Road Pearl
Saturn
Neptune

You also could just go:

SD-73 (5x4 maybe)
T-Road Pearl (4x3 or something strong)
Venus (5x4)

Hope this helps...Roto and Storm just have too many good balls...it is so hard to pick and choose which ones to include and which ones to leave out...in my mind, Roto has you pretty much covered, but the T-Road pearl offers a different look.

Don't forget the T-Struck Solid.  It's scrumptious.
