I had to contact their customer service for the first time in the 8 or 9 years I'm throwing Storm, and I can safely say it was a pretty bad experience. Definitely leaves a sour taste in my mouth. And from what I'm hearing from the local pro-shop, Storm's got their head up their azz as far as customer service is concerned. I may start going elsewhere for gear just to avoid these problems.
