storm/roto grip arsenal
« on: July 02, 2008, 01:45:23 AM »
Just wanted to get some opinions/ see if i'm missing anything.

Cell - 4" pin down
T-road Solid - 4.5" pin up
Mystic - 4.5" pin up (60 degree)
Original Agent - 5" pin up (60 degree)
Street rod pearl - 4.5" pin down (45 degree)

I try to carry 5 balls - 2 solid and 3 pearl

The Original Agent will be too strong to be that far down in you arsenal, imo.

I'd look at the Fire line for your arsenal.  I think the Rapid Fire Pearl or Spit Fire would fit better in that spot.

2 solid, 3 pearls, here goes:

Cell / Dimension
Gravity Shift / Original Agent
SureFire (I know it's hybrid, but it seems really smooth) or T-Road Solid
T-Road Pearl
Neptune

The Street Rod Pearl might be real strong down there.

i like these suggestions:
about the fireline - i have a rapid fire and i like my reaction with the trs a lot more- rapid is a bit flippy despite playing with the surface.

about the neptune - i have one and it doesn't do much (pin over about 4 inches from the pap, cg not kicked out at all). I do plan on switching to an all roto arsenal in the future and imagine that this will replace the street rod pearl

Check this Storm/Roto arsenal :

Double Agent - Stacked Leverage
Secret Agent - 4 X 4
Quest - Box Finish 6 X 4
Odyssey - Tommy Joens Drilling
Cell - 4 X 3
Domination - 5 X 4
Sure Fire - 5 X 4
Pluto - 4 X 4
Neptune - 5 x 5

There's probably some overlap here, but I usually tweak covers and
polish to bridge gap !

Thrityclean, that looks like quite the arsenal!! Scot, I agree with JMORRIS about the agent, I would put the agent between the t-road solid and your mystic and put a rapid fire pearl between the mystic and street rod pearl.

River700,
All I know is that their equipment matches up with my game very
well. I did forget to add the Break Solid, which I believe is a Storm
cover. I dont have a Mystic because the Secret Agent has pearl, particle,
and sold, and is a very versatile ball. Their Planet line is very underated !

thanks for the input guys, seems like the general consensus is that adding some weaker stuff is in order. i think i'm gonna go with what i got and carry a neptune along with it
