Strom Coverstocks
« on: May 17, 2016, 02:45:12 PM »
Looking to get new equipment and looking at coverstocks in storms lineup, does anyone really know the difference between the R2x, R2s, and the R4s covers? it would also help if anyone could maybe list what they believe is the strongest cover to the weakest. I'm looking for a solid cover so you can leave hybrids and Pearls out of the list. Also when I say strongest i mean the coverstock that would help the ball roll earliest not left to right movement.

I found a picture that showed all of the Roto Grip and Storm cores and coverstocks being listed from most aggressive to least aggressive.  Unfortunately its on my work computer, I will try and post it here tomorrow.

Here's a good reference chart for relative cover/core strength across the Storm/Roto lines.
