They like all ball warranties to be handled directly by the customer I believe.
800.369.4402

I have drilled alot of them and had no problems and I beat the living daylights out of my 2 and use them quite a bit around here.

Just bad luck I would think that you had 2 that were bad unless they had a bad batch and they were from the same batch?

NOW if you track very close to the fingers or full roller or have grips installed and a very closely drilled bridge...who knows.

But I usually handle them for my in-shop customers.

Our youngest son had a problem with his X-Factor Ace
with cracking around the finger holes. He went back into
the pro-shop at the alley where we get our equipment at
and he took care of the problem. He contacted Storm and
explained the problem and they sent a new ball right out,
He then returned the cracked Ace no problemss no hassles.
Even though that is the first problem we have had with any
ball we have purchased from him which would be at least 10
balls each over the last 5-6 years, this would be one of the
good reasons to get your equipment from a local proshop as
they should and did in our sons case handle the warranty and
defective ball problem.

A good friend of mine/bowling buddy had a Vertigo and it cracked like described in this thread. He returned it and it happened to the next one also. He since decided to get a Trifecta and has had no problems with it.

Hey, it might be slop but, it all looks the same on the scorecard!!!!!

My friend's trifecta cracked all around the fingers and a chunk came out of it all the way down to the core.  Storm did replace is, and he drilled his second one already.
