Title: Super natural vs tropical breeze
Post by: ryguy119 on April 01, 2014, 09:21:50 PM
looking for a ball I can use when lanes become really fried. Lately everything I bowl on is dry outside and flooded in middle. I would like to play more outside and was thinking about either ball mentioned above. Heard great things about both balls but can't buy them both. Thanks

From my experience with the two the tropical breeze is the weaker ball and best for fried lanes. The super natural moved a lot earlier than I expected and the breeze gave me what I was looking for.

I just bought the super natural. Hopefully it gives me the ability to move outside of everybody and play straight instead of moving left. Hopefully it doesn't hook too early for me.Bowl on a lot of wet/dry conditions.

Also want to put away my plastic spare ball. Way to sensitive on today's oils to make spares consistently. Hopefully urethane will do the trick.  I miss more spares now than when the lanes used to be tough.  Makes no sense.

After you throw the super natural can you update me on what see? I know different people may see different reactions depending on their individual style.

Urethane reacts front to back where resin reacts more side to side...or a urethane ball tends to bleed off earlier and less movement in the back than what bowlers are used to seeing
