Double Agent? Really that good?
« on: January 05, 2007, 05:07:21 AM »
I haven't seen any on the lanes and frankly they are UGLY on the shelves!

But I see good reviews but I've never seen one on the lanes.

Look like...??  But smell like Butterscotch?

REgards,

PS I love the look of the Agent on the lanes!

I think the people who can handle the appearance end up loving how the ball performs if that's what you mean.

This ball is great on fresh patterns.  It really controls the back of the lane.  I always start with this one and then go to something with a little more length like the T-Road Pearl, Domination or Thunderstruck.

A guy uses this thrusday nights reverse block shot it gives him plenty of room into Out of bounds area but it seems like his carry is shakey but out there on that shot everyones is

Wasn't crazy about it in OOB, not enough for medium/heavy too much and too early for mediums. Polished it up over the box 1000Grit, rolls real nice on fresh conditions now, strong midlane and a very strong backend reaction.

I've had my double agent since it was released and once i saw the oob surface on the ball i immediately polished it with 1500 grit polish.....  the ball didnt shine up too well but with the polish on it  the ball clears the heads better than any particle ball i have ever thrown but it needs either a very long oil pattern or a ton of carrydown for me to be able to kick the corners out....  the ball revs up really early in the mid lane and on very dry backends for me the ball will flip and roll out.......  if the backends are tight this ball eats the pattern alive

i got the ball drilled 5x3 pin under bridge with x hole on my axis
