Hey guys, has anyone on here had to contact storm Tech support? I know that this is almost a given, but has anyone had trouble getting through to them?
I sent them an initial Email explaining my problem, and I got a response the next morning, in the response They asked for pics of the ball, so I replied and send 3 attached pics, 2 days later I have still gotten no response from Storm, but I get a message saying that the message was unable to reach them and that it is being retried.. as a back up i tried again sending them a message with the smae pics, but in a reduced size, and those have been bounced back aswell..
so in a third attempt I have tried to send them another email through the form on the storm website, with a link to my putile account with pics on there...
My question is has anyone else had this many problems? or am I just that lucky,
