T-Road Pearl
« on: April 06, 2007, 02:46:52 AM »
Let me start by saying that I haven't drilled a Storm ball in...well, lets just say a long time.  I believe it was the Blue Hot Flame

Anyway, I got one of these in trade for another NIB ball I had that shall remain nameless.  Its drilled pin under middle finger, cg swing back to positive (about 5 1/4" by 4 1/2").

This ball will literally make the corner from ANYWHERE.  It is 5 times better than the Total NV I just drilled.  Very awesome. Just thought the Storm guys would like to know that.

I'm not saying I'm switching all my stuff to Storm, but this ball was a pleasant suprise.  What a great ball.  I hope it does me well in doubles/singles in Reno.

hey does ur t-road get dirty fast, just got mine used but the ball was just resurfaced bowled three different times with it and 6 shots later the ball is DIRTY, after one game i start to lose movement. there are spots that look like dirt, and the ball looks scuffed up, nothing serious. i threw my inferno and after a couple games i lose reaction but i cant tell if its dirty, i think the color is the reason why.  (im a nooB, so dont know whats up, i think its just the ball return at the local lanes i bowl at)
LOVE the ball but its sucks to see my baby look so ugly...

Mine does track up fairly easily but hasn't lost any reaction...actually the reaction has gotten better with use.  Make sure you clean it after each use, wiping it down with a microfiber towel after each shot doesn't hurt either, and it will be fine.

I am about to pick up a second one because the ball is so damn sweet. Literally, one of my best balls I own right now. 1-2 Punch with the Special Agent, and the T-Road covering everything else. They both are truly amazing.

I do the wipe down after every shot, but there are dirt marks on the ball that only come off when I use ball cleaner, which I do after every session, I just wanted to know if anyone elses t-road gets dirty

OK then, mine doesn't get any dirtier than any other ball I throw...maybe you're just bowling in a "dirty" house...tell the owner to clean the place up a bit...LOL...
