I have an original blue thunder from 1997 that I love.  I have had good luck with it, but it is getting old and I was wondering about a replacement.

  When Storm came out with the thunderstruck series, I noticed they have the same weightblock as the blue thunder, so I was wanting to know, how much stronger is the coverstock on the thunderstruck than the original blue thunder?
