Dimesion Surface change
« on: October 11, 2009, 08:34:05 AM »
Just wondered if anyone else has tried changing the surface of the dimension?  I was thining of trying to take it 1500 polish or maybe 4000 abralon.  It seems to be taking off a lil too early for me and have been having much more luck with my t-road pearl latly.  I throw about 16-17, and 300-350.  I have had the best luck so far with Storm equipment and was also thinking of getting a VE for my next ball anyone used it yet or think that it would be a good addition to my T-road, dimension, and hammer rayzer?  Thanks for your feedback in advance.

If your T-Road has been working well on what you''ve been bowling on, why change the Dimension? Just leave the Dimension for when you need something that starts up earlier and stick with the T-Road for what you''ve been bowling on.

on edit: the Virtual Energy from what i have seen would fit inbetween the Dimension and T-Road

My Arsenal:
Rogue Cell (coming soon)
Bounty(4.5 x 4.75 Fresh 1000 Abralon)
Twisted Fury(5 x 4 500 Abralon + Reacta Shine)
Blue Vibe(5 x 5 4000 Abralon + Reacta Shine)

I was thinking that i would maybe regret changing it because it would probably be my lead off ball for nationals and i would probably need it as it for the team shift.  Is there any other balls that anyone thinks would be a better addition to my Dimension, T-road, and a Hammer Rayzer for the dry lanes.  Still trying to decide if a polished or dry ball would be better to ad to the arsenal with what i already have?

I would say keep the Dimension at what is it, and keep your T-Road Pearl at what it is.  Those two balls are pretty far apart from each other in terms of reaction.

For another ball, I personally would say get something in between the Dimension and T-Road Pearl.  Perhaps a Virtual Energy would fill that void - a pearl that will handle more oil than the T-Road Pearl and that will hook later down the lane than the Dimension.
