Arsenal question???
« on: October 23, 2005, 01:42:42 PM »
What up all. Long time storm fan here. I would like to know what u guys think might be missing from my arsenal I am thinkin a good strong pearl ball that will get down the lane and make a good turn. Look at the profile to see what I have. The xception is drilled pin under and the screaming is pin over with a bit of a weight hole but it is scuffed cause it got rid of the over under that way. Please let me know what you think cause storms are very good at gettin down the lane. I was thinking a fired up or a paradigm. Please info thanks

I'd suspect that the Ace or the Paradigm (more like a particle pearl than a resin pearl) would be too close to the Xception, which itself is mor elike a particle pearl in its behavior.

The Raging Banshee is a particle pearl which seems to be less strong overall than the Ace or the Paradigm. It may fit well above Screaming Banshee, which is a polished solid resin.

Personally I think you're trying to force a ball to fit between those two balls. Unless you have the Xception extra strong to the Screaming made extra week (that is, special drillings or special surface modifications not specified in your profile), those two balls should be complementary.

FYI your profile has "revs of 390" and "stroker". No stroker I have ever heard of has 390 rpms. You're either a very strong tweener, verging on cranker  (400 rpms) or you need to correct the "390 revs" piece.
