I was told the t-struck is weaker than the t-road and thats why i bought it, is that true and what can i expect out of the t-struck

Well, both fall in the same category to me. I had equal reactions out of both, with the T-Road going a bit longer, and more angular than the t-struck pearl.
Both had a similar, lengthy snap drill, and I got the same reaction out of both. Two great pieces I may add.
