Thinking of adding a Neptune

I am done fighting with my current arsenal on drier conditions and I was thinking of adding the Neptune. Here is the stuff that I carry with me now.

Dimension (4x4)
Gravity Shift (4x4)
Rapid Fire Pearl (pin above bridge)
Equation (pin above ring finger)

Just wondering what everyone thought of the Neptune and if it would fit well under the Rapid Fire Pearl (I would swap the Neptune for the Equation)

What drill patterns have you guys seen that work well for dry lanes? I was considering an axis drilling or maybe even drill the pin under the fingers.

How would the Neptune react with a rico drill?

I have a Neptune for the drier stuff.  I've had it plugged once.  First drill it was pin above bridge, roughly 6 inches pin to PAP...waaay too violent on the break point.  Then I got it drilled 4.5 inches pin to PAP, pin under ring.  Smooth as butter, gets down the lane easily.  Great ball, very fun to throw.  

Depending upon your PAP, this would be a good candidate for RICO.  Unless your PAP is like, 6 inches over.

DON'T DRILL PIN ON AXIS!!!!!!!!!!!

3 Bowlers I know, myself included, have deemed this the stupidest thing you could ever do! We all drilled one on axis, and each of us got a totally different reaction. One of us got the most violent backend we'd ever seen (put his black widow to shame), one of us got a retarded lope, and I got a ball that hooks off the hand, then backs up from 10-40 feet, then takes off flipping and hits like a marshmallow. It's fun to watch in practice, but it's the most obnoxious thing ever if you're trying to score in a tournament!

Has anyone tried a rico on the Neptune? Any comments on ball reaction and pin carry.
