Looking for a ball under Tropical Heat Hybrid
« on: August 26, 2011, 04:44:05 AM »
I have a tropical hybrid but when the lanes are to dry its kinda hard to use.  I have tried the red and blue tropical heat didnt like it to much kinda skittish. It didnt like for me to move left with it looking for different options.  I am low rev 290-300 rev rate. I really dont want to try a tropical breeze I am afraid it might be like the heat.  Let me know thanks.

Sounds to me like you just need a surface adjustment.  If the ball is reading the lane well and is just too much action on the back you can try actually scuffing the surface lightly by hand.  you should get similar length down the lane but a calmer ball reaction down lane.  Or you can try adding a little polish to the surface to generate a little more length out of the ball through the front part of the lane which should delay the hook a little more.  Or you can try that tropical heat pearl only definatly adding a little hand surface to it.  That hand surface will kinda of blend out that skittish look your describing and make the ball more controllable.

Why are you repeating the same question in another post?
You do know that your original post and the 15 replies are still there, don't you?
