Info about me – Right handed…..PAP 5.5 over and 7/8 up, 19 mph, 500 RPM.

I drilled this ball pin above ring finger with the CG kicked out a little and a hole on my axis.

My first reaction when throwing this ball was, WOW!!!  I was really impressed.  I drilled it last night and used it in league on beat up HPL.  I normally use a shiny pin up Virtual Energy, Reign or my trusty old Gravity Shift.  With a lot of hook early, I can only use balls that clear the front easily and make a sharp move down lane.

The Tropical Heat probably gave me the best look I have had in this league all year.  It easily cleared the front part of the lane and I didn't really have any issues with the over/under reaction I normally get on house patterns.

I believe this ball is a cross between the Reign and Hyroad with the best characteristics from both balls.  It is not going to be as strong as either, but it will create more angle down lane.

This ball will get a lot of use when I need to create angle down lane.  It may not be the best option for a lot of oil or fresh patterns, but when the lanes break down or you need to play deeper inside, this ball will be one of the first out of my bag.  

For the price point, I can't imagine there is a better ball on the market than the Black/Silver Tropical Heat.
