Twin-V vervus Inverted Twin-V

Just curious as to how the roll characteristics of a ball change by simply inverting the same weight block. What kind of change and how much of a change. Any insight would be appreciated.

I haven't thrown both, but I have a Twin-V (Pyro)and a guy in league has the inverted one (Spit-Fire) and my ball has good amount more movement in the backend.

I've thrown a Fired up and a Spit Fire w/ the same drill and the Fired Up was longer and stronger than the Spit Fire, but I liked the Spit Fire better because it was usable on more lane conditions.

I agree with the above statements.  I also find this to be generally true of every block storm has that has the evil, inverted twin.

 Flip cap on top = length and flip.
 Flip cap on bottom = earlier and rollier characteristics.

All other factors equal, inverting the core will make a more angular ball more controllable or vice-versa.

Don't forget there's a major coverstock difference between these two balls also: the Pyro is a particle pearl, where the Spitfire is a resin pearl!

The SPitfire and the FiredUp comparison seems to be a good core comaprison because, in theory they use the same coverstock, Reactor pearl.

The shape change and the flip block location seem to be THE determining ball reaction difference as the RGs are only slightly different (if anything the RG by itself would indicate the SPitfire should be more flippy) and the RG differentials are virtually insignificant because they are almost the same.
