I recently had my favorite ball of all time crack (Paradigm Passion) this was my fourth Passion and it was fairly new so I was pretty upset when it cracked, although they have had problems with them cracking in the past. I contacted Victor Marion from Storm and Doene Moos got back to me and took care of me in a little under one day! From my original e-mail to the time when Doene got a new ball on the way to me was only about 40 hours.
I have to say I've dealt with many companies and Storm is farrrrr above the rest when it comes to customer service. I've had people in the pro shop come in with cracked balls and some companies, I won't mention a name (*cough *cough eboNINE) told them basically to their face "too bad" This is where Storm is ahead of the game. Not only do they make an amazing product, but when you treat your customers with respect, patience, and dignity, it keeps them coming back.
I just wanted to say thank you Doene, Victor, and everyone at Storm for being amazing and thanks for the new Second Dimension!!
Has anyone else ever gotten to benefit from the remarkable guys at Storm? I'd love to hear some good stories.
