Rayzr or Street Rod Pearl

Trying to decide between a Razyr or STP for drier conditions and late tourney burn outs. What do you guys think.
Stroker, 17Mph around 300 Revs. Thanks for your help.

I am biased to Storm but I love the Street Rod Pearl. It is really good when the heads fry up and also on drier lane conditions.  I am a tweener high 15mph.  Always take Street Rod Pearl to tourneys and usually will end up using it, especially when bowling doubles, singles (six games).

I am VERY biased towards Storm - but the best dry lane reactive ball on the market bar none is the Razyr.  It is silly smooth with more stored energy than any reactive out there.  SRP is much stronger off the breakpoint than a Razyr.

You are comparing apples & oranges here. The Street Rod Pearl is a more dynamic piece then a Razyr. Storm released the Natural for those folks who want to throw a Storm ball when the lanes are drying up.

Just to add to what Mr. Straight Ball said, the Tropical would be a closer comparision to the Razyr.

How about oranges and tangerines.

Yes, Storm created the Natural to fill a dry lane niche, but to me it is always more logical to compare pearl reactives to pearl reactives.  The Razyr is more comparable with a Columbia Jazz or a Roto Neptune.

If you are looking for truly late tourney burn out ball AND want more of a reactive roll shape go with a Razyr.  If you are looking for the retro-smooth reaction you get with the Natural go with that.

@greenefam - Good one
@Floattubr - You can also "trick" the layout up to use a ball with a better core/cover. Also. keep in mind that a pearl is going to flip more off the dry. The same as when you use them on the fresh, they just store up the energy and then they "explode" and make a move.
