Zone Classic v. X Factor Ace
« on: June 04, 2005, 04:44:24 AM »
Cause I got an offer to trade my ZC red pin for one of these. (Just FYI, I received the Red Pin in error, was supposed to get a green.) I've thought about trying a Storm, and I was looking for a medium oil, "first ball out of the bag." How do these two match up?  What could I expect out of the Ace?  As of now I have a Sling Blade and a Big Deal.  Would an Ace fit between the two?

The Ace is a top notch pill and the Red Pin CZ seems to have quickly become the "red-headed stepchild" of the Brunswick line.  You can pick up a NIB red pin ZC for around $60ish shipped right now and the Ace is one of Storm's most popular pieces with a very strong reputation.  IMHO, I'd take the Ace.  There's gonna be enough RPZC's around for you to pick one up at a later date.
