The Victory Road Solid is R2S Solid and a med/higher RG core.  The Marvel Solid is R2X Solid and a lower RG core.  The Marvel revs up a bit quicker in the midlane and makes a smoother motion downlane.  The Victory Road will push a little further and make a little quicker change of direction when it encounters friction.
