Title: virtual gravity
Post by: STNCLD25 on December 02, 2008, 12:23:08 PM
Got the virtual gravity yesterday and shot 246, 261, 247 for a 754 the first time I used it. And then shot a 300 tonight with it. It is drilled full roller.

Well, Storm has just taken me from Ebonite/Hammer! This ball is absolutely rediculous. I have never seen a ball recover from anywhere like this and still retain pop. This ball kinda reminds me of my old Total Shock and Awe, except this ball does it at 4000 grit!

The balldoes roll great. The only complaint I have saw is that it shines up so fast that it actually will lose a board or two of hook in a fairly short time untilthe surface is refreshed.

First three sets so far have been 845, 806, and 758 last night. After starting out with a 192 game, had the front 9, left a ten pin missed it, then shot 300 the last game. This ball is awesome! I like to play deep inside and have not found a ball that allowed me to do that on our flooded ths, but this ball recovers with authority!! Storm On!!!!!

The Virtual Gravity!!!!

I have just two words for this ball.

"The Ball"

btw,  did anyone notice that Storm actually made a highend ball with no red or purple in it?????

I didn't think that was possible, or that they knew how.

Anyway, "The Ball"  and a great looking ball to boot!

PS,  most 4000 pad balls will tend to shine up after a few games. Invest $6 in a pad, and re do the cover after every 3 games!!!

Even a Ttileist Pro VI gets dirty after being used, thats why they have ball washers!!!!!!!!

Okay.  I got mine today.  Was able to get 2 practice games on it before picking up the kids.  Great ball.  My luck, they just oiled the lanes for a school league coming in.  Left it at 4000.  This ball is so predictable.  Reads the lane great.  Nice finish at the rack.  I see why everyone likes this ball.  I'll keep it at 4000 for now. Has anyone tried it at 2000?
