I have tended to stay on the Storm side more than Roto even though I know Roto makes some great stuff too. My first incling would be to have you go with an IQ Tour
Solid. It would be earlier and smoother than your Hyroad. You could also consider adding some surface to the Hyroad to make it earlier and smoother. I did that to a Hyroad when I was bowling two-handed, and I loved the smooth, strong motion I saw throughout the lane. There's also the Hyroad Solid, which definitely fits the bill of being smooth and that could easily be a weaker peace with surface adjustment and/or long pin-to-PAP layouts.
Additionally, since the Marvel-S is an early, rolly piece, at some point you may want to consider adding something like a Crux or Zero Gravity for when you want a little more push and downlane motion on heavier patterns. From what I've seen, the Crux never stops hooking if there's oil to keep it going. Just a thought down the road.
