The main difference is the cover stock, where the tires meet the road.  The hyroad uses storms R2S hybrid coverstock.  A hybrid is a poured mixture of both solid and pearl.  So by mixing the R2S pearl and solid together, you get a ball roll with characteristics of both covers in one ball.  A solid is designed to roll early being a little smoother at the break point while a pearl has more make and Ben glide then a sharper reaction.  So the hyroad with the Fe2 inverted weight block is designed to be clean through the heads like a pearl, then anchor and control the midlane like a solid, and have a strong yet controlled reaction off the spot like a pearl.  Now the victory road uses a slightly tweeked weight block on the straight pearl R2S cover.  The new block called fe3 was  altered to slightly lower the RG by .1, yet it created a Mich higher differential for a pronounced aggressive move I'm the back part of the lane.  Basicly the  victory road will be smoother to the break point with an aggressive hook down lane.  The hyroad will be smoother and more controlled through out the lane.  Sorry if I included to Mich info on covers and such.
