Jeff, I don't mean to sound like a wet rag here but the recording industry has folks that do nothing but troll the web for sites that aren't licensed to play music published under BMI/ASCAP.  

Since you have a high profile site, I would say you might be more likely to get a nasty letter from BMI or ASCAP demanding payment for public performance of their music.  Not sure which Van Halen might be published under.  

I know your intentions are good and with so many outlets on the web showing copyrighted music and video, you might thing it is OK to put music on your website but I would hate to see you get sued.

 Site looks great and I love the Van Halen.  Hope you are able to keep it up there.  I live in St. Louis and am going to try to come out and check out some of the regional events this year.  Sorry I missed the tournament at Scott last year.  Really like seeing the arsenal pics along with your comments on them.  Man, you got lots of Balls.
