Storm Special Agent and T Road Pearl
« on: January 05, 2007, 07:50:12 PM »
I have recently drilled the Special Agent and the T Road Pearl.  I drilled them both the same pin placement and cg location and tried to keep the balance as close as possible.  I drilled them pin @ 10:30 with zero side (yep I am a lefty  I have med to high ball speed with a very high rev rate.  The Special Agent gives me a very smooth reaction, I shined it with Storm xtra shine and the ball is very clean in the front part of the lane and strong in the midlane with a nice strong backend motion.  The pin action and hitting power with the Special agent is like no other ball that I have thrown in a while.  The T Road Pearl's overall hook is about 2 boards less then my Special Agent overall, but it has alot more length and very strong snap on the backends.  When the Special Agent starts to become to much I am able to switch right to the T Road Pearl and I am right back where I need to be.  In my opinion the Special Agent and the T Road Pearl are a great match up together......it is hard to drill one and not the other to give you a great setup.  So if you have one drill the other you will be happy.

I utilize my Special Agent and regular Agent as a 1-2 punch...

...been thinking of a T-Road Pearl, but don't want an overlap...

...thoughts?

they will not overlap like tstam814 stated when the SA starts running you can pull the TRoad out and get back on track these are my first storm balls and I have  299(814) wit the SA and 797 wit the TRoad and I have alot of other equipment by different companies and they dont compare

There is so much fun being had on this website...hard to believe!

The number of 814 sets shot by about 50 users in the past 4 months...awesome!

All comments about the balls above...I agree with!
