Torrent Ball Review - Andrew Mienkiewicz

The Torrent is a very smooth and controllable bowling ball. I used a 4x4x2 layout for this ball as that is generally a good layout for multiple patterns. I tested the Torrent on a fresh THS (typical House Shot). This ball fits in between the IQ Tour Edition and the Fight. I like the control factor of this ball. I was able to keep my angles tight; not to open which I generally prefer. For me, this ball will serve me 2 purposes; as a bench mark ball for league play and a option for shorter oil patterns to begin a squad with. If you like smooth and controllable this is a great ball to add to your bag.

So you are saying it is weaker overall than the IQ Tour (solid)?
