X Duece vs Reloaded?
« on: January 19, 2004, 08:27:24 AM »
Been Bowling for 6 months. I avg 160's
Been using a Monster ScreamR and it has worked well but I am looking to make a move to Storm. Would like something that hooks well and hits HARD!

Lane Conditions usualy are medium oil.

Which would you recomend and why?

Winning and Losing are both very temporary things. Having done one or the other, we move on. Gloating over Victory or Sulking in Defeat is a good way to Stand Still.

I would recommend the ReLoaded out of those 2 for medium oil but I think the original X-Factor works better than either of them on medium oil unless you drilled the Deuce or Reloaded real weak and that kinda defeats the purpose of having one of them.
I use my X for medium and it works very well.
I have medium speed, revs and 30°-45° axis rotation.

To everyone who has replied to Kevin's inquiry,

If he's been using a ball as relatively mild as a Brunswick ScreamR, why would you recommend any X-Factor ball (unless there's something here I am not seeing)?
They are all significantly stronger than the ScreamR, AFAIK.

I'd be inclined to recommend a Hot Rod, a Hot Wire (with polish) or a Flash Point.

What I am looking for is a Ball to use when the lanes are Medium/Heavy Oil. The house I Bowl at usualy is Medium but some nights there is a little more Oil than usual.
