« on: September 02, 2003, 12:37:44 AM »
Has anyone used most of these to compare them. I need something to replace my Too Hot I was thinking about a Hot Rod. and is the the Hot Wire close to the Ultra hot, I see its has a more aggressive cover on it what's the take?

I've owned everyone of them except the Hot Wire so I can speak to this.  The Hot Rod is more ball than the either the TH or the UH ever were.  The ball has more midlane read and will react to dry a little more drastically.  Ofcourse some would depend on exactly how your Too Hot is drilled...since it may be possible to get a similar reaction.  However...why don't you just buy another TH on Ebay or something, the do pop up every now and then.  I bought an UH a few weeks ago of there.

Personally if you want to replace the TH I would look at drilling a Sonic X or maybe even Ebonite's Stinger Low Flare...but that's me.
