This looks like a regular Dimension to me with a different stamp and color scheme. They share the following commonalities:

1. Both use Storm's R2X Solid Reactive cover
2. Both use the Master line Continuum core
3. Both come OOB at 2000 Abralon
4. Both have 73-75 hardness
5. Both flare 5-6"
6. Both have the same RG and differential values (2.51/.048)

Only thing different I see is the color and the fragrance!

Very likely.  Storm likes to modify the formula a little on every new ball.  The difference is probably for the most part negligable, but the Asian market probably won't care, they just like to have new equipment (with flashy new colors) more often than we do in general.  It's cheap for Storm (very little R&D money gets spent on a ball like this!), but gets them some extra ball sales overseas.

Storm gets their coverstock material from an outside vendor - and any tweaks should have a different name.

Major tweaks, yes.  Minor tweaks, no.  Riggs has mentioned on here before, for example, that the cover on the Virtual Gravity is slightly different from the cover on the Dimension despite both being labeled "R2X Solid."  The difference is small enough that it's not worth mentioning for the most part.

I agree that if the Cover on the Virtual and the Cover on the Dimension are both R2X but are different than it should have been given a different name.  No matter how big or little a tweak.
