Hi,
With this release you will have a reaction similar to the Reloaded but a bit stronger. The XXX has the same monsoon coverstock as the Fear Factor but its pearlized.
Have a great day!

I'm no expert(only been playing since july)but is it not a bit shiny(1500 grit) to be between the ff and reloaded
-
the core and the cover will make up for it.if you put the cover to 800 like the ff is would be alot stronger.

I was looking to get a xxx as a replacement for the x because I cant get the x but it sound like it might be too strong
-
you can play with the cover and get it where you want it.

Sorry to keep on , but do you get much more shiny than 1500 grit and will that make that much deference
-
Well I have an X right now that I took to a light sand...basically a heavy white scotchbrite. So what tweak would you suggest on the XXX to be close to this??
-
i use some 2500 grit on my ball.i slow my speed down also.the more you play with it the more you will learn.goof why did you sand it?

I just wanted to get he polish off of the ball to make it less sensative to the wet / dry transition that I have in my leagues. The Deuce also wasn't out back when I drilled it either.
I love the look I get with the ball and fear that I won't get close enough with the XXX. I guess that I will wait and see what it gives me...but I may have to order another X to stash away for later.
-
so what would a 2500 grit XXX do compared to a normal X with box condition?

Aww shucks....another solid 5 pin 8===========D O-:

it would be about the same that way.the backend is so much stronger with the 1500.the only way to get it close to the x factor is around 2500.it would be a waste to do that but thats just me.if the fear factor is to strong for you the xxx is just what you need.if you can use the FF for the first game or two the xxx will fall in right after it.it goes longer than the FF but has more snap to it.its a smooth FF with a bigger bite on the backend.if you like the FF you will like this also.

Only storm 4 me.
Compare the xxx to the deuce for me please. I hope this ball is better than the reload and fear factor.

How much sooner will the xxx start up on the lane versus x factor. The x factor is really clean through the front for me. So, if I am understanding correctly the xxx will start up sooner and turn the corner harder than the x factor.
-
Tburky, see my post in the other thread on this subject. Rep told/showed me, the XXX will probably be cleaner through the front than the X Factor, with more break point, sharper. Flip block is now on the bottom of the ball, so that we don't drill into it. Flippier, won't lower the RG any when drilling the fingers into the puck. Looks pretty good!!
