Hey guys just wanted to give my review on the 2 balls:
My stats:
Ball speed: Medium - High
Revs- High
PAP- 5 1/4 x 1 3/8 up
STORM ANARCHY:
I drilled this up identical to my Invasion. 4.5 x 45 degrees x 3 (buffer) with xhole on PAP. This ball with this drilling is very smooth and controllable. The thing that impresses me most about this ball is it never over reacts. I have rolled this ball on Synthetics and wood (Fresh, carrydown)and have had HUGE success on all the patterns. On the 2nd shift synthetics shot I rolled 300 with this ball standing 23 and playing a tighter line 13-8. The following week I bowled on a wood surface (44ft house shot) I was a little further right with this ball due to the extra 2 feet of the pattern. I still ended up playing around 10-6 and shot 299 (10 pin) and finished the day BREAKING the house record shooting 847!!! (299-280-268)
SURFACE ADJUSTMENTS:
I used a 2000 abralon pad to take the initial shine off the ball and it works perfect. The ball starts a few feet sooner but still has the strong continuation on the back. With my ball speed I usually always have to take the shine off the ball and I usually will use a 1000 or 2000 pad.
COMPARISONS:
This ball is a wonderful compliment to the original INVASION!! On the fresh I can start with the Invasion and when it starts getting squirty I go right to the Anarchy and I can stay in the same spot.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Definitly a great ball to play any part of the lane with. Straighter players can go around the track. Crankers can grip it and rip it and watch the strong movement off the back of the pattern! Thanks Storm keep up the great products!!
*will add a review on the Reign Supreme in the upcoming days.
