I have the chance to drill one up for $109 is it worth the money or should I just drill the Victory road for another $30.

I love my Reign, one of the best balls I have ever owned. In fact I have another one brand new in box for when this one dies.

Reign will give you somewhat more length, and somewhat stronger backend. Victory Road will be slightly stronger overall. You may not even notice the difference.
