Would people rather buy a used ball that is not plugged or one that is plugged ready to drill and pay a little more?
If you would pay more how much would you pay for one that is plugged and resurfaced over one that is not?

I would rather buy Un-plugged stuff.
Our shop here charges $50 to drill a blank ball, whether plugged or not.
However, they will fully plug and re-drill a ball for $10 a hole. And I usually try to buy used stuff that only needs the thumb moved, so I save even more buying un-plugged stuff.
If I drilled my own stuff, it would be the other way around though. Then I would save money by not needing to buy plugging supplies to plug them myself.
