- Description: The 920A was designed to be more Angular on medium/heavy oil patterns. Built on the LEGGO core platform, the designers modified it by raising the RG to 2.57 and tweaking the horsepower of the core (Intermediate Differential) to .020, thus gaining extra length while still having plenty of hitting power. The coverstock chosen for this ball is the HP Gen 3 with Performance Pearl. The Pearl helps to make it more Angular on the backend. The surface is 4000 grit Abralon® sanded. Each new ball from Track will include a microfiber cleaning pouch with instructions on its use.

Now so far I have only used these on house conditions (40 & 42 feet) and I will update when I can get a chance to bowl on some tougher conditions.  
  Now my 920A #1 is very clean down the lane and has a very sharp back end reaction.  I've used this one the whole 3 games of league and didn't notice any slowing down because of carry down or anything.  It seems to keep me in the same area longer.  
  My 920A #2 is still pretty clean but has a much stronger midlane reaction that my other one.  I was able to play much deeper with this one mainly because of how much earlier it starts going into it's roll.  Same with the carrydown situtation...I don't even notice any delay in reaction even after a few games.

COMPARED TO THE 930T...It's MUCH cleaner down the lane and has a much more angular shape.

F.Y.I.  All of my equipment from now on will have these two layouts to help make it easier to compare them to one another.

I drilled my first 920A 4x65x45.

The 920A is much cleaner through the front than the 930T.  It has a very nice read in the mids.  The backend reaction is something stronger than we have seen to date from any of the Track releases.  I've got a good 5-7 boards more on the back than the 715A and 505A.  The continuation is unmatched by anything that's on the market at this time.  The nicest thing that I've found with the reaction of the 920A is this...the ball makes an extremely angular move off the dry, yet it's not an uncontrollable or unpredictable read like some other skid/flip pieces that are out.

I was really hyped about the 930T and love the reaction that was provided by that piece.  I think this will be a more appealing piece for the league player simply because it's a higher performance ball that gives easier length than the 930T.  The tournament player will love the controlled angularity.

This is the ball that we have waited for.  It truely fits the long and strong brand signature.

I currently have two 920A's punched up. One if Pin below the fingers, and the other is Pin above the middle finger. I recently just took my pin above middle to 4K Abralon and the other one is at 500 Abralon. The pin down one at 500 Abralon is my heavy oil ball and the other one I can use on a little more on the medium side. Both balls are very strong however. I dont use any of these on a THS, but I feel I could if I needed to.


   I think I have weight holes on both of these balls, along the midline. I will say that I have a friend that likes to roll these two balls when he gets the chance and they both out hook his VG by at least 3-5 boards! I am going to go out on a limb here and rate these balls a perfect 10 because they are so amazing on the right conditions. I have seen alot of amazing balls lately, but this one definitly ranks up here with the best! Awsome roll, Awsome hit, and that = to Awsome Strikes!!! John
