The Track Tactix Hybrid allows you to attack the pins from several angles on medium oiled lanes while offering a consistent and powerful backend reaction with lots of pin action. The QR-9 Hybrid coverstock is polished on this ball to provide easy length through the front of the lane. The Starship core inside this ball was created to have a heavy mid-lane roll. This ball revs up quickly due to its low RG and high differential which creates a big and continuous shape down the lane. The asymmetric shape of this core produces a medium mass bias strength which generates powerful change of direction.

Color: Purple Pearl/Purple

Likes:  I like the shape this ball produced. I compared it with the original Tactix and was surprised how much energy the new Hybrid Tactix saved for the pins. It is an overall stronger ball and more angular as well. The QR-9 cover-stock and Starship core are a winning combination. Nice colors as well with polished purple and yellow writing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k88oNGPvdRw&t=8s

Likes:  The Tactix Hybrid has a very nice appearance that will catch everyone's eye as it rolls down the lane.  For me, the Tactix Hybrid is pretty sparky off the friction but not overly flippy.  The best use for this gem would be for the middle of a block when you need to get in and increase entry angles.  Will be great on medium oil patterns.

Tactix Hybrid – Various sport and house patterns
Positive Axis Point 4 3/8 right 1/2 up.

I have been able to use the Tactix Hybrid on almost every pattern I have bowled on since getting the Tactix Hybrid drilled.  The ball roll through the midlane is fantastic for me.  I am able to watch this ball all the way through the pattern and it’s fun to see the shape.  The finish through the pins is great.  I get scared a few times when the ball finishes near or behind the four pin.  I know the next time up a move needs to be made.  The continuation through the pins mixed with the readability of the Tactix Hybrid for me, this is a ball I try first to see what the lanes are giving me.  I went with my standard layout just to see what the ball does pin below the bridge about ½ inch down.  CG swung out with the MB near the right of the thumb.
