The Track Paradox Red continues the success of the Track Paradox High Performance line of bowling balls. This version takes the Prime ET (Extra Traction) coverstock and pairs it with the i-Core 2.0 (Dual Density) core. The coverstock offers good midlane traction with great traction at the backend. The dual density core proved its success in the predesessor balls. Track manipulated their Prime coverstock to offer extra traction and covered their most popular core to offer a big continuous hook on heavy oil conditions.

Likes: I really like the overall strength of the Paradox Red.  It is much stronger and continuous through the pins than any of the Paradox line. This new gem will have the most use for me on heavier volume patterns.  I prefer to hit the cover a bit to keep a consistent roll before each use.

It would not be too bad for me to argue on this point, waiting for me to discuss the information.

Paradox Red – Various sport and house patterns
Positive Axis Point 4 3/8 right 1/2 up.

Paradox with a new attitude and a new look.  I love this one just as much as I loved the others.  I went with a different layout just to see what I could get away with.  40 x 6 x 17, I am impressed with the finish through the pins playing straighter I have seen this ball enjoys standing up and then rolling heavy.  Even when I moved left and opened up the lane a little I could see the Paradox Red start up and then make the strong move through the 1-3 pocket.  I had a few light hits which was expected if I went to far left and played to much in the oil.  The Paradox Red can be a tame piece or it can be the hook monster on heavy oil patterns.  Being able to take surface adjustments is a fan favorite for sure.

Hello, and welcome to my review of the Track Paradox Red. My bowling stats can be found in my profile on here. When I saw my boss threw his, I knew I had to get one. Neither of us has seen a dull ball be that quick off the spot before. I went with a 50 by 3.75 by 65, which puts the pin in my ring finger. What I get out of this ball is a strong mid-lane read, with a smooth-ish reaction to friction. It handles fresh, heavy volumes of oil very well.

LANE CONDITION

The Track Paradox Red is a must have tournament ball! Big ball that is very clean and predictable! This ball should never leave the bag as you can play straight up with it or open the lane a bit more! This ball does great with surface adjustments and allows you to play the lane from multiple angles as the overall shape of the ball gave me a few boards of forgiveness! Layout: 50 x 4 1/2 x 30 Finish: OOB

Length: 41'

Volume: 24

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc): Modified THS

The Paradox Red is the sixth entry into the Paradox line for Track, and it is the first of the six to use a reactive solid coverstock. For my style, the Prime ET cover offered more length than the Paradox Black, with a stronger downlane motion than any of the previous Paradox balls. The Paradox Red is finished with a 500 and 2000 Abralon combination, allowing it to easily hook through the heaviest volumes of oil. This ball’s easy traction provided all the hook I needed on a heavy volume pattern. The Paradox Red’s aggressive cover easily ripped through the oil in the middle of the lane and gave me recovery on shots that got a little left of target downlane. I like how aggressive I could be with my high ball speed and still have this ball make a big move downlane.

This is my very first review of this ball. It's 14lbs drilled pin high, about 1.5 inches over my ring finger with the MB kicked to the right about two inches. This damn ball is a monster, much like its brothers Paradox Black, Blue and pearl! I've had this ball for well over a year and never thrown it due to the pandemic and other issues.

I love how this ball "tracks"! I am never worried about pushing past the breakpoint. this ball comes back from everywhere! I leaked one out right to the 3 or 5 board, thinking I'd lost it. The damn ball came back from there and struck!! And everyone heard it!

I knew it was impressive when everybody on the OTHER team gave me a fist bump on my way back to my seat!

Love how this ball gets through the heads which is surprising, considering its dull cover stock. And this thing carries very well on both pocket and light hits! Overall I was very much impressed!

As soon as I started leaving corners, I put it up, but on the fresh it is a killer for sure!
