Tundra Fire - Various house and sport patterns
Extremely readable and goes through the pins with force. Don’t let the low diff run you away. The Tundra Fire is darn good, out of the box or hitting it with any surface you want. The cover, core combo on this piece works well. I was able to use the Tundra Fire on a sport pattern that was demanding and had some volume. I was able to play them as straight as I wanted and still saw great drive through the pins. Played on a different sport pattern that allowed me to loop it, that is when I was hooked on the Tundra Fire. Nice read through all phases of the lane. Then the finish through the rack, pins not flying in the air on all shots, pins staying nice and low. Even split the 8-9 a couple of times. On house patterns I must be careful if it is to much bump to the right the Tundra Fire gets off the friction to quickly. When playing in the volume or letting it just lightly touch the bump, I saw more consistent finishes at the pocket. The Tundra Fire might not wow you with hook potential however, it should wow you with strike potential.
