Attempt #3 But seriously folks!
I thought I might like this ball. After my posts about drillings I'd seen work and not work on this ball, (see Track Forums). I followed my own advice and told my proshop operator to put my Pin near my ring finger and kick the cg out and down below the grip center point. This 4 inch pin out ball then ended up about 4 X 3 1/2 with the pin next to ring finger, cg down and kicked out a little and a weighthole down the VAL about equal on the North South line with the Thumb.
This ball does exactly what I wanted. It is my Ti Messenger that was a little too long many times(drilled label leverage with finger weight). and my Too early revving Wicked (drilled label leverage)slightly corrected to exactly what I think I want.
Lots of early revs like the wicked but not quite as early revving. Earlier than my fingerweight Ti Messenger. Same big hit as the Ti with a slightly more angular move at the breakpoint. (More rounded than Voodoos with the CG at the grip center line).
I have used this sort of revs leverage drilling before with a stronger cover and core Pantera and it had worked great for me. Now with a slightly weaker Pin to Pap setup but a similar CG down drilling I've got a flippy ball slightly earlier and rounder but still retain a real strong move and hit to the pocket.
I compare this reaction to a drilling I've used in the past. 3 3/8 X 2 weighthole on the PAP but this Voodoo- CG down combo has a similar early rev, more flip and hit move (still lots of control) it really has a lot more hit.
This ball could possibly become my go to ball even ahead of my incredible Demolition Zone(wait I didn't say that did I?). Because of this drilling more control and it matched beautifully with the types of league conditions I see on the left, thick head oil and moderate to strong backends. Note that as a player with a pretty strong side release(near 60) a problem I often have is lots of 7s as my ball often gets too far down the lane and then makes a very angular break due to side roll. This CG down drilling solves a lot of that for me.

PS If this great ball rolls out too early on me(CG is down almost 1.5 inches below grip center midline) I may get another and raise the cg a bit. This is one of the best balls in the game today.
Other greats in my bag today, Demolition Zone, Violet 3D Hammer, Battle Zone Bullet. Revolution ECX. and Several others!
