Be nice to them...not many people treat them nicely over the phone and there is NO reason for it. They have as many problems to deal with as anyone else and do not need someone yelling at them, especially when it probably their fault anyhow.

Dyno-who? Ebo-what? Have the divas pass out brochures, etc. I am sure there is and could be a use for them. who wants to pick up filers from the table when a Divs could hand it to them?

LOL...Wait, one version of osmotic process is absorbtion of information on a sub-conscious level.
