607A and 300C Release Dates and Videos
« on: July 09, 2010, 08:06:49 AM »
Track has both balls up on the site but the release dates they have are both earlier than what other sites have down. Did Track move up the dates for them or is it a typo? Hopefully, it's not an error on the dates.

We have pushed the wwrd up for the 607Ase to 8-5-2010. We have gotten several calls from shops that have received seed balls and from the Gold Proshop meeting we held in Hopkinsville. The feedback on this ball is awsome and they really fell that if we can get it out earlier it could be the ball that really pushes the Track brand to the next level. So we asked manufacturing to help us out and they agreed to move some things around to help with a little coaxing from Bob Reid LOL. As for the 300C we have removed the wwrd all together since it is a lower mid ball it does not have to have a wwrd. So i am really excited to get to all the trade shows and show off the Track line as it is the best to date.
Track fans I am sorry i have not been on here as much as i should be but there is only so many hours in a day. I would like to give you all a rundown of the 4 new balls.
     Selling points Track line

920T
•   All new Super Hybrid Technology (IMT)
•   First brand at EBI to have this technology
•   Major core modification to allow the ball to go longer and still keep the Traction ball shape same core as in the 920A
The 920T was designed to be the most versatile HP ball on the market. It is designed to work on a wide range of lane conditions and for many styles of players. It is not the most hooking ball it is surfaced to 4,000 if you want more hook sand it. the more grit you put on the cover the more volume of oil it will handle.
505T
•   All new MP GEN4 coverstock. The most aggressive 5 series coverstock we could use
•   Core is the tried and true Shuttle core. It has been used in all the 5 series balls
•   Unique color combination Black Blue Gold.
The 505T was designed to be a very aggressive Mid Performance ball. 5 series balls very popular in our market. If you used all three 5 series balls you would be able to cover most any condition you may face.
607ASE
•   Unbelievable shelf appeal.
•   Utilizes the modified Legion core that was in the Temper and Tantrum balls.
•   Coverstock is all new SE6 GEN 1
•   Most angular ball in the Track line.
The 607ASE was designed to fit a performance need in the line between the 5 and 7 series. This ball is just under a 7 series ball with valued price. Best looking ball we have made to date since moving to EBI
300C
•   All new price point for Track
•   First Symmetric core for us in over Three years
•   All new coverstock LMP GEN1 with performance pearl additive for more performance.
The 300C was designed to give Track a fuller line. Our loyal customers wanted this type of performance as well as the tournament bowlers and staffers.

The new line we have this year is great. Every ball has a need and spot in the line. The 300C is something that alot of you guys might see as something long overdue. I at first thought it was alot stronger then we thought, however the few times I used it I was on a burnt out shot. The 300C gives me similar look on the lane that I had from the old Desert Heat. Maybe even a little weaker. I even have a fairly stronger layout on this ball and alot stronger cover prep to get it to react much like the desert heat did for me. So I would say that for the tournament bowler who likes track equipment, this is the ball for the drier shots. I have used it on the Team USA long pattern, 48 feet, after it was burnt up from 10 games of play. I was able to play through the burnt area of the lane and hold the line for another 3 games. The 607A SE, is something that everyone will need to see to understand. If you dont say WOW when it makes its move, I dont know what your watching.
