Bowled USBC's on Thursday at 8:30pm and 11:30pm . We bowled all 3 events back to back. Our team got lucky and got to bowl by ourselves on the pair (9/10). We all started around the same area and created a good 5 boards of area between 5-10. I started out with a pin down 930T with fresh 1,000 abralon. Standing on 15 targeting 6,7,8 at the arrows. I opened up with 206. Switched to a pin up 920T with 2,000 on the fill ball and stuck with that the other 8 games. Finished Team event with 215, 224: 644. I only moved 2 boards left with my feet during Team event. We then bowled Doubles (63/64) and Singles (61/62). Started in the same spot as I ended in Team which was a mistake. A lot of early hook and tighter down lane. Ended up standing on 30 targeting 10-12 at the land markers. Pulled out 190 game 1. Stayed in the same area for the last 2 games on the pair and had 202, 257 (with a solid 8 in the 10th) : 649. Moved for Singles and tried the same shot as Doubles. More early hook! Moved another 5/5 left to 35 and 15 at the lane markers. Shot another low game, 198. Bowled much better games 2/3. Shot 223 with a 7-10 in the 7th frame and 202 with another 7-10 in the 8th frame and ANOTHER in the 10th!!! Ended up with 623 in Singles with 1917 AE. Invested $600 in brackets and got back $1400 so it was a good trip overall.
