715T as Track's Oiler???

I currently have a 930T as my heavy oil ball. Will the 715T have the ability to replace it??? BTM reviewed it as a medium ball & that the 505T should be the oiler. Conversations with some staffers indicate that the new 7 has the most hook in the currrent line so I am confused.
