Title: 920A & 920T
Post by: bigearv14 on January 02, 2011, 06:40:54 AM
I just ordered these two balls for Christmas. I want to put a skid/flip pattern on the 920A and am a little iffy on what to do with the 920T. I was wondering what would be the result of drilling these two balls identically.

Has anyone done this? OOB, how different are these reactions with a similar drill pattern? I can adjust the surface later if necessary, but do these give distinct reactions with the same drilling on them?

Personally, I would put your favorite skid/flip layout on the 920A and then put the same layout on the 920T but with the pin below the fingers.

Im drilling a 920T Monday afternoon. I will be drilling it pin under to give me some length and a lot on the back end. I thought about the 920A and Id drill it pin up

Pin down will not give you more length and flip. it will give you some length but a smoother more controllable backend. Also the backend on the 920T will not be violent or flippy because of the T coverstock.
