Machine = Great Ball
« on: May 01, 2006, 07:00:52 AM »
My new fav my far. I posted a while back askin what the cover stock was. I know I know its particle pearl. it says so on the spec sheet.
I drilled it 4 1/2 by 4 pin right over the ring mb on the 3 postion. WHOA. At first i hated it but i moved a lil to the left and shot over the 3rd arrow and this ball was a MACHINE. Its the perfect ball for the way I throw. My partner doesnt like it. but i let his brother throw it and the first thing he said was. Can i have it. Wonderful ball if the robo rule is half way simular, then its my future ball.

Robo is similar, however, the move is different and look you get is different. Robo handles much more oil up front and has a smoother backend due to the dull finish and light load of particles in the cover. They are a great 1-2 punch that can cover about anything other than light mediums and dry....add a Blast and a Desert and you have a GREAT arsenal that will pretty much cover everything you would see!

I have yet to see any info on any new releases....don't even know any names, when they are being released...NOTHING....so anything I say would be a complete guess.

The Machine is an awesome ball...but the Robo is good in its own right. With each having their OOB finish picture this: The Robo does in oil what the Machine does on mediums to medium heavy.

Both are great balls, but I personally prefer the Machine over the ROBO. I have 2 different MACHINE's, both perform on there intended lane condition very well. You don't want to use this on anything light, unless you can throw it about 50 mph.

Has anyone done a fair comparision of the Machine Vs. the Brunswick Vapor Zone or the Strom Pyro?
