Info on Arsenal Reactive
« on: August 07, 2005, 04:50:57 PM »
Due to their sponsorship in the event, Track had a set-up with a ball rep at Teen Masters this past week.  I saw the Rule Delta 1 and both Solutions, but no Arsenal Reactive.  I asked the Rep on info about the ball, and he said that Track/Columbia's CATS system could not pick up the difference between the Arsenal Reactive, and the Absolute Infenro.  He also told me that the Rule Delta 1 is he strongest reactive ball Track has ever produced, and that something in the white pigment seems to make the balls a little more aggressive, a la the wicked also.  No info to when they will be shipped, but the solutions looks excellent as well.  Power Plus looks exactley like the Phenom Unleashed and the Power Plus EX looks just like the Hex with a little more teal.  (I'm refering to the colors of the balls)

I'm almost positive it is reactive.  I also don't seen why they woulda dd another particle to their high-end line.  I would imagine this is the close replacement to the Rule.

Track needs to make up their mind, is it like the absolute or the ultimate? Iv'e heard different stories.

Like I said in an earlier thread, the Reactive is to be compared with the UI.  It's way to dull to be compared to anything else.  I even double checked with Del...

It is definitely the Absolute. nThe Arsenal Reactive stronger than the Ultimate.

The UI is a solid, and the AI is a pearl.  The UI is at 800-grit, the AI is approx. 1200-grit  finished with Rough Buff.  The UI should be stronger....

UI will handle more oil in the heads, but the AI will be stronger on the back.  Depending on surface prep and condition, either one could be stronger.  I have seen an AI outhook a UI for miles thrown by the same person.  There are many different factors.

Yup, most balls hook more than the UI. The UI just handles incredible amounts of oil for a solid resin; it probably handles more oil than any other solid resin on the market today or ever, so far.
